A typical project process would be:

1> Project Enquiry/Conception

You tell us your needs and we listen. This meeting aids us in clarifying your desired product specification, benefits, aesthetics and deadlines.

2> Draft Proposal and Budget Cost

Based upon your desired specification, we will advise on the feasibility of the requirement and will offer a draft proposal that will meet the project brief, or otherwise will be as close as possible. We will detail the options for materials, processes, performance characteristics and of course, budget costs.

3> Initial Feedback & Client Acceptance

Following your review of our proposal, we can discuss the best way forward and refine the agreement as required to gain your formal instruction to proceed.

4> Prototype Manufacturing

Product prototypes or samples are manufactured and presented for final approval before any mass production starts.

5> Final Approval

A full review of the initial project brief and objectives are conducted with you prior to final production commencing. At this stage, agreements on timeline, order schedules and stock holding can be made.

6> Quality Procedures

Hesly's factories in China mainland are ISO registered, and all manufacturing processes are documented and recorded to ensure quality and consistency throughout subsequent mass production.

7> Manufacturing

Your product will be manufactured , both of which are available for inspection by appointment.
